Best Environmental PE Exam Study Materials
This is a post that provides the best study materials for the Environmental PE Exam. The majority of the materials have been published by Professional Publications, Inc (PPI). As with the other PE Exams, the Environmental PE Exam is open book. You will therefore need a good set of materials to take with you into the exam, and you will also need some materials to study with.
I suggest that a good review begins with three basic parts; a review manual, practice problems (a lot of practice problems) and a sample exam.
The reason I suggest these three items for your review is that you will need the core reference to help you work problems and to take to the exam. Textbooks and college notes are fine, but for the PE Exam you need something streamlined and condensed, yet able to cover the broad range of materials.
The reference manual is important, but working problems will be the core of your review and preparation. Skim through the appropriate section in the manual, and then work the problems for that area. The sample exam is used to give you a test day experience and also find out where you need to spend some time preparing.
